1-on-1 Field Training

At Vanguard, every session is tailored to the individual athlete. We focus on ball control, first touch, finishing, explosive movement, football-specific speed, tactical awareness, decision-making, sprint mechanics, agility, and technical execution — to help players perform at their highest level.

Strength & Conditioning

At Vanguard, we develop football-specific strength, power, and speed through plyometrics, isometrics, and heavy compound lifting. Sessions are designed to improve explosive acceleration, athletic performance, and resilience — while mobility, recovery, and injury-prevention protocols keep athletes training and competing at their highest level consistently.
